In 2002 a collection of like-minded divers decided to get together and form a diving group, mainly for diving, but also for social gatherings, and so the ‘X’ Dive Association was born.
Most
of our members are divers, but you don’t have to be, partners are also welcome
to join. The association is open to
all, whether you are PADI trained or not. Our
only criteria is that you want to socialize and dive!
Like
most associations we have a few guidelines, which are designed with the smooth
running of the association in mind.
Membership
is a £7 joining fee, and £7 per month (paid by standing order), per person.
We
meet on the last Friday of the month at the Walton Coastguard Social Club, to
socialize mainly, and to organise activities for the group.
Whether it be a trip to the Dive Show in London, a beach bar-b-que, or a
Dive Holiday abroad!
